Jakarta, 26 September 2022 – Vivo officially holds Art Exhibition: Hotel for Play #SesationalExperience at Lotte Shopping Avenue to coincide with World Contraception Day which falls on 26 September 2022. The exhibition, which is held with the concept of an art installation, aims to provide sex education in form of fun and entertaining.

“We are proud to be able to hold our first art exhibition to be able to educate Indonesian people about a healthy lifestyle, which of course is packaged in fun and entertaining activities. The Ministry of Health has just released the latest data, as of June 2022, the total number of people living with HIV in all provinces in Indonesia has reached 519,158 people. This proves the low knowledge of the Indonesian people about the importance of using contraceptives.

Even recently, news circulated regarding hundreds of students with Bandung ID cards being infected with HIV AIDS. A total of 6.97 percent or about 414 Bandung students tested positive for HIV. This is based on 2021 data from the Bandung City AIDS Commission (KPA). From this data, it was recorded that a total of 12,358 people were infected with HIV, 5,934 of whom were residents of the city of Bandung, aged 20-29 years.

We took the theme Hotel For Play which came from one of the most common intimate activities, namely foreplay, this theme is also to support the campaign that we have adopted, namely SenseSational which emphasizes the sensation felt by all five senses when having sex.” added Christian.

Not only art exhibitions, VIVO also held a talk show by presenting well-known sexologists to discuss more deeply about sex education and the importance of a healthy lifestyle.

This VIVO Art Exhibition can be enjoyed by general visitors from 1-31 October 2022 at Lotte Shopping Avenue. Not only exhibitions, visitors can also enjoy various other interesting activities such as the Tarot Booth and Nail Art which can be enjoyed on weekends.
