Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, or related fields
At least 1 year of experience in sales/marketing administration
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with Excel formulas
High attention to detail
Strong data processing and analytical skills
Job Description:
Provide administrative support to the sales team (prepare forms, create order letters, etc.)
Check sales documents and distribute them to the relevant teams
Update ongoing sales programs
Input Purchase Orders (PO) into the system
Prepare outlet budgeting reports and sales data reports
Coordinate with the sales team regarding outstanding expenses
