Monitor the operating system of automated vending machines.
Configure new vending machines for operational use.
Monitor and manage internet connectivity at each branch location.
Analyze and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, network, and payment systems on vending machines efficiently and effectively.
Coordinate with third-party vendors for hardware repairs or specialized technical support when necessary.
Manage and maintain network connections (LAN/WAN/Wireless) to ensure seamless data communication between vending machines and the central server.
Coordinate with vendors for the delivery of vending machines when required.
Requirements:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering (with a focus on computer systems), or other related fields.
Proven experience in troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues.
Understanding of network configuration and maintenance (LAN, WAN, Wireless) and operating systems (e.g., Windows Embedded, Linux).
Experience with electronic payment systems (e.g., EDC, QRIS) is an advantage.
