Job Description:

  • Monitor the daily performance of computer systems and provide user support regarding software and hardware operations, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Set up and configure computer equipment for employees, including the installation of cabling, operating systems, and necessary software.
  • Perform installations and minor repairs on hardware, software, and peripheral equipment, following design and installation specifications.
  • Take ownership of projects related to the installation of new hardware and IT infrastructure.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Science or a related field, with a minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.
  • Strong knowledge of PC hardware, printers, scanners, peripheral equipment, and mobile devices.
  • Basic understanding of IT concepts related to hardware and software, networking, data storage, data backup, and system monitoring.
  • Understanding of the fundamentals of LAN and WLAN client PC connectivity, including Ethernet, TCP/IP, switches, and routers.
  • Excellent comprehension, listening, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated responsibility, proactive attitude, friendliness, and good manners.
