Monitor the daily performance of computer systems and provide user support regarding software and hardware operations, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Set up and configure computer equipment for employees, including the installation of cabling, operating systems, and necessary software.
Perform installations and minor repairs on hardware, software, and peripheral equipment, following design and installation specifications.
Take ownership of projects related to the installation of new hardware and IT infrastructure.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Science or a related field, with a minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.
Strong knowledge of PC hardware, printers, scanners, peripheral equipment, and mobile devices.
Basic understanding of IT concepts related to hardware and software, networking, data storage, data backup, and system monitoring.
Understanding of the fundamentals of LAN and WLAN client PC connectivity, including Ethernet, TCP/IP, switches, and routers.
Excellent comprehension, listening, and communication skills.
Demonstrated responsibility, proactive attitude, friendliness, and good manners.
