Minimum D3 degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
At least 1 year of experience as a Customer Relations Officer or Telemarketer
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Strong communication, interpersonal, and emotional management skills
Job Description:
Manage and maintain the customer database
Regularly update customer contact details and information
Execute customer loyalty programs (discounts, rewards, points, etc.)
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through engagement activities
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys
